Returns and exchanges

  • I’ve gotten the wrong size. Can I exchange my item?

    Yes, you can exchange sizes for items that are in an unworn and undamaged condition, in the original box. Please contact us within 7 working days of receipt of your parcel, and we’ll get back to you with instructions to proceed with the exchange.

    Your parcel has to be mailed back within 14 working days upon confirmation of receipt of parcel, and we will issue full store credit to your account.

    Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the buyer.

Shipping and delivery

  • When will I receive my parcel?

    We’ll need 1-2 working days to pack and dispatch your order. Delivery time is 1-3 working days, depending on mode of delivery:

    Normal Mail. 1-3 working days. Free for local orders!
    Express Courier. 1 working day, SGD$6 per item.
    International Flat Rate via SingPost. 2-4 weeks depending on location, SGD $14.99 per item.

Shopping

  • How do I make payment?

    You can make payment via Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal.

  • How do I use my discount code?

    Hover on the shopping bag icon (top right corner) and click view cart, type in your discount code, and click Apply Coupon.

    Do note that we are unable to apply a coupon post-order.

  • Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?

    If you wish to amend your order, please send us a message through Facebook Messenger or email us at contact@helloverano.com within 12 hours of your order completion, and we’ll do our best to process the change for you.

    However, once the order process has started, we are unable to cancel your order.

  • I’ve received a defective item. What should I do?

    Sorry that we’ve overlooked a defective item! Please email contact@helloverano.com with your order number and a picture of the defect. We’ll send you instructions to mail back the item, all costs covered by us, and mail you a brand new item. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue store credit or a refund.

    Please note that slight colour changes due to studio lighting conditions, or variances in computer screen calibration does not constitute a defect. We try our best to shoot as accurately as possible 🙂

  • Do you have stock for this item?/I have an awesome design to suggest!

    We carry a limited quantity of each size, and if you’d like to be notified when stock comes back in, leave your email on the respective product back in the ‘Notify Me’ section. If you see a design that we don’t carry your size in, drop us a mail and we’ll make arrangements to produce your size especially for you.

    If you have a design suggestion, great! Just tell us what you’d like to see and we’ll do our best to grant your wishes 😉
